At Chilton Labs, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original, sealed packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of peptide products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any peptide product that has been opened, unsealed, or used
  • Products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken
  • Custom or made-to-order products

These exclusions apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service
  • Return instructions and address will be provided once your return is approved

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
